Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2017 terrain air conditioning system found 40/5 voltage absorption system reading 36.5/5. Found 109 in Rush amps. Left new 2025 one filter. Advise customer to expect issues with voltage absorption system in upcoming years though part is not outside manufacture specifications at this time. Offered to quote for part, customer asked for ballpark price ballpark 350–400 customer wants to wait until next year to see if it is outside manufacture specifications
2019 hp Goodman Compressor is bad No filter dryer
Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on Bryant AC system. Found 45/5 voltage absorption system reading 45/5. Replaced 20251 filter. No issues at this time.
Responded to no heat situation found no active faults. Pulled last 10 faults. Last fault stored was 3/26 for humidity sensor. Proceeding fault is limit fault on 3/24 system currently satisfied at 69 degree customer Still has 16244 filter in 413 filter rack. Filter is dirty, restricted due to improper size as well allowing air to bypass advised proper 413 filter needs to be installed to prevent airflow issues registers open dirty return grilles advised may benefit from duct cleaning as Customer stated we replaced 16254 filter at last visit cannot confirm or deny. Offered to replace with proper filter customer is to price check and order online Replaced with customer supplied 16254 filter today customer will replace again with proper filter when he gets it. Annual maintenance check on Bryant air conditioner
Upon arrival pulled last 10 system events stat showing limit fault and g input being sent together. Fault happened twice yesterday, furnace running properly satisfied at stat with no active codes. Found customer had most supply resisters in first floor closed/ blocked off. Advised to open registers for maximum airflow. Customer using 16254 filter in place of 413. Advised 4 inch filter will restrict airflow 1”+ around perimeter of filter. Best to use 413 filter for max airflow. Found 4 dampers closed. Opened all dampers. Furnace is running upon departure with no issues.
Customer had concern with leaking humidifier. Stated that black buildup caused blockage in clear tubing. Customer removed and cleaned with pipe cleaners. Asked if issue is normal. Advised slight buildup and discoloration is normal but not a full clog. Inquired about hard water. Customer stated water filtration system had issues, advised those issues could cause worse buildup then normal pad quite used replaced in august but looks as if hadn’t been replaced in multiple years. Advised filter issues seems to be cause. Customer has issues with dryer vent. Dryer is in pamper room with vent inside wall. Wanted hard pipe to wall inlet. Advised dryer would need to be moved out to hard pipe. Roughly 4-5 inches pulled dryer out as rough ballpark. Customer was not satisfied and looking into a more rigid flex pipe to avoid buildup in pinched pipe., customer has insufficient return air upstairs. Interested in mini split installed in main hallway foyer to accommodate in heating and cooling seasons.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 16 rheem furnace. Found 10%o2. 14 ppm co in flu. 0 ppm co in supply. Left new 16251. Customer opted for humidifier coverage. Upon startup humidifier failed to cycle. Found very slow drip from water supply. Saddle valve opened up with little persuasion. Humidifier properly cycled on and off through humidistat, 55 degree deltat.
