36 year old Lennox air conditioner, compressor is locked up. Left estimate for new Bryant equipment
The customer scheduled a furnace and air conditioner install to replace their outdated HVAC system with a more reliable and energy-efficient setup. We removed the old units and installed a high-efficiency gas furnace and central air conditioner, along with a programmable thermostat for better temperature control. The installation included updating the ductwork connections and testing the system to ensure strong airflow and balanced heating and cooling throughout the home. The new HVAC system now provides consistent comfort in every season, improved indoor air quality, and reduced monthly energy costs.
Following the home assessment, we provided a detailed AC installation quote including equipment specifications, SEER rating options (14-18), labor costs, and warranty information. The quote reflects proper system sizing based on the home's square footage and cooling requirements.
I generated a detailed cost estimate for a complete air conditioning system replacement. Separately, I prepared a quote for the installation of a new AC unit, which included information regarding potential 0% financing options available to the client, pending credit approval.
